URI separator character configuration

Describe the change

Hi all, we are having issues with the generated URI for IPX images via the Nuxt framework.

Unfortunately (and contrary to the online documentation), the & (i.e. %26) character is being used instead of a , for example

/_ipx/w_956%26f_webp%26q_60/images/image.jpg

This sometimes causes errors when evaluating the URI. Is there any way to configure the character being used as spearator?
