Add Codeberg as a provider

Hi! 👋

Similar to sourcehut, GitLab, etc., it would be positive to have the possibility to also download templates/repositories hosted on Codeberg.

For reference, I currently have a small CLI that uses the Codeberg API to download ZIP files from a user's repositories.

Is this repository, https://codeberg.org/joaopalmeiro/template-figma-plugin-scriptsince, okay (since it is a real template) or should I create a dummy one?

Sure! Also made unjs/template so you can use it in readme example like other providers 👍🏼
