It seems (see #2) that there are frames that cause current implementation to improperly calculate size of file, causing the plugin to seek offsets greater than total file size.

Add Wide-band support

Currently plugin supports narrow-band only. Add support for AMR-WB.

There seem to be macOS support for [foobar2000](https://www.foobar2000.org/mac). See if plugin can be ported.
