Removed Vulnerable Dependencies

We're tackling 2 things in this PR,

  • Make the library build in 2021, but not using the latest dependencies, but the ones used on the last successful build(circa 2016).
  • Update guava dependency to a vulnerability-free version.

More work would be required to update all dependencies to current versions.
