What happened?

the clock cannot be made from basic elements, or dismantled, or even struck.

You have to use the admin tools to add or remove it.

What should have happened instead?

From the craft menu, with glass and metal, make a frame clock The frame clock can be placed on a wall with a left click, remove from the wall with a left click (empty hand) or disassembled with the soldering tool.

If the frame is placed on the wall put into operation with a screwdriver.

If activated deactivate with a screwdriver

Steps to reproduce the issue

stand in front of a clock, and use all your tools, with friendly and aggressive intentions, nothing happens.

this is not a bug

an object that cannot be manufactured or dismantled? what do you call it then?

what do you call it then?

a missing feature. A bug happens when you have a feature and it doesn't work as intended. If there was no feature to begin with, it isn't a bug.
