[Feature] Players can be covered in reagents.

Why is this feature needed/good for the game?
I think it would provide an interesting challenge and could add a simple hygiene system to give bathrooms a potential use outside of weird pee stuff. Like if you crawl in a puddle or stab someone you will be covered in puddle juice, blood, etc. A simple coloured overlay that shows like mess on a character would be neat but for the most part just a shift-click saying "this person is covered in a (colour) substance" could be cool. Would provide interesting challenge for people that just killed someone.
User Story
As a player I want to be able to have more complex interactions with reagents and the player character as a system for more immersive roleplaying and interaction. Being able to have specific reagents "cover" the player would provide a interesting challenge for Syndicates who murder fellow crewmates by being covered in blood, a fun side-consequence of chemistry gone wrong, potentially offer deeper interaction with other systems such a medical and medicine, etc.
Describe alternatives you've considered.
Alternatives could be simply a overlay that changes on the player character that changes the sprite or having reagents apply to clothing instead of a player. I think the simplest implementation (from what I understand how things work) would simply just be this working as an shift-click or protip descriptor, it keeps the functionality while remaining simpler. I just think this is a cool idea that I think could be added.
Wait, what weird pee stuff?
Your user story should follow this format:
As a player [I want to] , [so that]
Where [I want to] is a need more than explaining the feature, and [so that] speaks about how this need interacts in the big picture of the game.

I mean like having a use for bathrooms in the game without having like a bladder need mechanic.

I updated it, is that better?
Added a spiriting group because cover reagents require sprites on the player to showcase them.
Maybe just a shader that does an overlay with the reagent mix color?
