Adds in health descriptions for integrity

CL: [New] Hover-tooltips now display the health of items/objects. CL: [Improvement] Updated the examine text for integrity health slightly to make them color-coded and shorter.

Can you change the examine text to be at the end of the description and appended it like ". It's in {}" templating with the condition text.

So your example screenshot would look like this:
