(EDL) eye-dome shader/lighting

has been requested several times, similar to: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/3d-gis/eye-dome-lighting/

current workarounds: can use regular AO post processing, if using mesh rendering, and materials that write to depth (like MeshPointsDX11BoxDirectionalLight+Shadows.mat) (left no AO, right AO) image for binary viewer, need to enable these to write into depth: image

maybe some progress on this one! with URP can make custom pass to simulate EDL style fx, first version (still needs adjustments) Image the upper plane is point cloud, not a good test scene - more later..
