Complete CDR theory subsection of the Mitiq user guide

Issue Description

The current docs section What is the theory behind CDR? contains references to research papers.

Proposed Solution

Adding some theoretical content similar to what we have now for ZNE and PEC. The content should be:

• short (without oversimplifying),
• easy to read and to understand,
• no too technical (for minor technical details, we can cite research papers).

Additional References

The two references cited in What is the theory behind CDR? are the original references in which CDR and vnCDR were introduced. In the mitiq paper there is also short summary of both CDR and vnCDR that may be useful for this issue.
