Add a (autogenerated?) page to browse libraries/tools that are linked to in submission

This is a neat page that nicely collects libraries linked to in submissions by task. I think it's done automatically, but maybe not :) Either way, this would be cool to help ppl browse the projects that submissions use (and the GH metrics could be motivating).
