ui.load - take a scratch file parameter that is loaded

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Experimenting with Docs and viewing the results currently seems to require an update to the coadbase. It would be nice if there were an alternative where we could see the result without needing an update.

Describe the solution you'd like ui.load scratch.u would load scratch.u and on success serve up the coadbase with the changes from scratch.u
