It would be good if the MCP server could (re)start the UI running locally, allowing for iterative testing with other MCP servers like playwright.

Hey @bbarker — Is this also mainly to be able to wysiwyg on Docs?

The Local UI is kind of on its way out, to be superseded by UCM Desktop, but I don't know if UCM Desktop will work with playwright
