Longer titles / user handles "break" `Tickets` / `Contributions` UI

Currently longer titles or user handles break UI in a way, so you might consider rearranging header elements on Tickets / Contributions pages to accommodate longer titles/handles.

In order to be descriptive, titles and branch names tend to be longer, so it would've been nice if UI would take it into account.

Here's an example of one of my contributions:

My user handle is quite long on it's own, so combining it with branch name makes it even bigger.
