more compact code sidebar

In some projects, the code sidebar becomes very long, as many types & terms are also listed as namespaces.

Rather than seeing duplicated entries in the sidebar for term & namespace, it would be nice to just have a little chevron toggle (>) on the left next to each term that’s also a namespace. Namespaces that aren’t terms should have the same folder display they currently do, but also have the chevron.
