add init.scripts and systemd

I've created a couple of scripts to have :

  • BC system V init script for old OS releases
  • New Systemd script to support init script with new Systemd

The build scripts have been updated so the build will take care of Systemd & for old System V init scripts. this way when installing .deb everyone will be able to start the uniqush-push deamon easily.
