Implement release mechanism as GitHub action

We should implement a new GitHub action that automatically creates a new release of the visualization package on the GitHub release page (and NPM) whenever a new push to master occurs (and the version number of the package is increased). This way, we can easily track all the different releases that exist for this package and which changes were introduced with each new release of the package.
