Integration: WhyLabs for Data and Model Monitoring

The purpose of this issue is to create a whylogs integration with unionml. Flyte already has an integration, but it's worth thinking about what a UnionML <> whylogs integration would look like.

It might be as simple as a few examples showing how to use whylogs in a UnionML app, or it might involve a deeper integration that uses the Flyte integration under the hood.
