The readme on the chrome web store at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/whitelist-manager/pocjkchlmhkjafdpmkklknmjhokobgmh says

"PPS: Whitelist Manager only collects anonymized usage information through Google Analytics. Read its privacy policy here: https://github.com/unindented/whitelist-manager/wiki/Privacy-Policy"

However, there is no such privacy policy page.
