Pin sub-software components

K3D and telepresence are progressing fast, however, sometimes things break. It would be great if we could pin the versions, which work with the current unikube cli.

We do have min versions of the wrapped tools. We could add max versions as well. We should then, however, regularly check for new versions and if they still work.

Maybe we could automate this process somehow? At least some kind of alert of automatically created issue when a new release comes out?
