`app update` only shows deck choices

app update only shows deck choices, after that it states following: [INFO] The project cluster for 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx' is not up or does not exist yet.

I cannot choose an app to update. The given cluster id also seems wrong. No context is currently set.

Is it correct that the deck's project is not currently up? Then the behaviour seems correct, right? The issue that it shows an id instead of a title remains, of course and is related to #164.
