[Request] - User must set a profile picture before being able to post

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When the user joins a group, there should be a check that does not allow the user to post until a profile picture is set.

Describe the solution you'd like If the option is enabled: a "captcha like" message should be shown in case the profile picture is not set and a button should be pressed to check again to be unlocked.
