[mosquitto] Update guide

The following important changes have been made to the mosquitto guide:

• Fixed outdated references to the cni config
• Cleaned the shipped mosquitto.conf by removing default properties
• Added more documentation about setup steps and individual commands
• Updated links and references to this repo
