Add persist-changes script

This change is heavily inspired by #88, copying @opustecnica 's code into this repository. I just added an explanation on how to use, plus an example.

Important note: on my UDMSE, /mnt/data/udapi-config/ubios-udapi-server/ubios-udapi-server.state does not exist, it's actually at /data/udapi-config/ubios-udapi-server/ubios-udapi-server.state. I've opened #402 to represent this question.

I also have UDMSE and can confirm the above statement.
