Adding a new caterogy?

Hey, will it be possible for me to add a new Category? It will be after Projects(Beginner Level). I know a couple of Youtube tutorials, but it will fall under the intermediate level. I am thinking of calling the Category "Projects(Intermediate Level)". Thanks
