[174-C23] Consensus: Provisionally assign 55 code points U+1E6C0..U+1E6FF in a new Tai Yo block at U+1E6C0..U+1E6FF, for 55 Tai Yo characters as described in L2/22-289R and section 8 of L2/23-012.

[176-C38] Consensus: Change the name of provisionally assigned character U+1E6FE TAI YO SYMBOL MEUANG to TAI YO SYMBOL MUEANG. (Reference: Section 14 of L2/23-164)
