21 historical asteroid symbols

UTC-177-C32 Provisionally assign 21 code points for historical asteroid symbols: 17 code points U+1CEC0..U+1CED0 in a new block Miscellaneous Symbols Supplement, whose range extends from U+1CEC0 to U+1CEFF, and 4 code points U+1F777 to U+1F77A in the Alchemical Symbols block, as described in L2/23-207.
