Create process to update kepler.gl & kepler-app while preserving our features

I think a place to start would just be updating kepler.gl version from 0.1.6 to 0.2.0 as per kepler.gl changelog. We will probably want to get to 0.2.1 but it is still in beta. I can try this out and see how it goes.
