OG-Steam skin after the update (not a request or anything, just readme pls)

I just thought of letting you know that at the moment you can still launch the Steam before the update by adding "-vgui" as a launch parameter.

This way I see the Skins option again, and this skin works.

Gone in the current beta branch of steam. It's extra embarassing too because the file upload dialog in the overlay still uses VGUI, and even uses your skin files if you have them.
