Store + Steam Friends and Chat don't change.

Both Store and Steam Friends don't change when I enable the skin Both of these didn't change besides from the outline on the normal steam store page, did it not get added yet? Is it a bug?

Sorry to be this late but the Store and Friend list and chat are web based, if you launch Steam with -no-browser it might retain the old chat and friend list (metro for steam has this, i cant tell for this one because i just saw this now and im on mobile now) but u wont be able to access any page like store community, workshop, your Steam profile page etc so it isnt a bug
