"disable encryption" keeps clearing all user data constantly
With the "disable encryption" flag enabled, I am signed out of all websites every single time the browser restarts (including the first time I enable the flag). Seems like this completely disables all storage, not just encryption. Which wiped all my existing data too.
"Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows" is disabled.
