Extensions crash on browser startup

Irregular bug, sometimes no crash, other times 1 crash or several of those crash.

Clicking the balloon seems to get the job done but is annoying and sometimes they would crash on opening new tabs as well. Irregular.

OS: Windows 7 with post EOS patches November 2021.

Startup flags: --profile-directory=Default

Some of my extensions are loaded unpacked, others are through the app store.
