I will see if this is possible with Qt, as I don't think you can have more than one checkbox or multiple buttons, especially with native menus on e.g. macOS...

I second this! While basic SMTC functionality works, things like an accurate playback position and the album name are missing:

The reason for this is that Harmonoid does not wrap properties in D-Bus "variant" types, which made media observation fail. Will be fixed in the upcoming version 2.4.0.
