Note to self: Add option to opt out of modifying the registry (e.g. autostart), or make that the default for the portable version
Same goes for Deezer.
Added an option "Show the album name when the artist is missing" to combat this, which is enabled by default.

Another condition could be to match song names (and perhaps album names), for people that want it, instead of just artist names, since I've seen that be suggested as well...

@marcj All of the others use the official Spotify integration, which shows the artist name. Music Presence does not support this (yet). Music Presence can't do that because [Discord RPC](https://github.com/discord/discord-rpc)...
