Heatmap loading issue

Hello, everything has been work great up until a couple of weeks ago and I can no longer view the heatmap. It contains to spin and state gathering data but never comes up with a map. I have look through all the documents and searched the issues on this page but have not found anything to correct the issue. Any guidance is appreciated.
