Implement visualizations from existing Threat Dashboard for sidebar on new dashboard

Task

For a Threat Board's news feed view: Implement the Patterns used - ratio per phase radar chart with the following changes: Tab the different Intrusion sets used (so we are only showing one at a time) and don't list COAs/Mitigations in leaf nodes; instead provide a clickable leaf node that is one higher and can provide the information on demand (rather than extending each branch of the tree by one more node). Implement the Intrusion Sets Used tree diagram with the following changes: only show "top 5" patterns used and label as such. This will improve performance with many patterns utilized in a single Threat Board.
