Sophistication chart on Assessment Summary Page should focus on preferred threat framework

The Sophistication Breakdown chart on the Assessment dashboard's Summary page currently returns Mitre Attack for the unassessed attack patterns. This happens regardless of the user's preferred threat framework. To fix, need to check preferred framework and return the correct set of patterns at the service layer.
