docker-compose failed in environment with no direct internet connections.

Good day.

I have an Ubuntu 18.04 server. My server connects to the internet via squid proxy (I suppose it may be the case). Unfortunately, I have no ability to provide it a direct access to the internet. I've configured my docker to use proxy via systemd environment settings and it seems to run fine with other applications. The issue is - when i'm trying to run docker-compose up, i'm getting this Error (screenshot below). Is there any suggestions how to fix it? Thanks!
