yes conflict was created by https://github.com/netdata/netdata/pull/15113 merged just hours ago, looking at the conflicts this might not be a trivial rebase

i rebased this but has been quite messy rebase, i have to retest all

did quick retest, seems working after the latest comit (hopefully there is nothing that broke subtly)

@thiagoftsm this is probably something related to dashboard v2. When I did h2o webbrowser support this didnt exist yet .. So I think guys who implement dashboard v2 never test...

@thiagoftsm did you have some time to take a look?

@stelfrag yes the prefered order is: 1 Dynamic config PR 2 This PR 3 potential dyncfg bugfixes 3 and add support for dynamic configuration to h2o (next PR)
