[Feature]: Ability to load back a saved script

Problem statement

Each time there is a Windows Update, I'd like to run privacy.sexy scripts easily. The save feature isn't that useful, because it's not dynamic.

Proposed solution

The program should be able to remember what were the latest scripts that were run or save under a custom name.
