How to switch the program language?

Please explain to a beginner who has just started using this excellent program how to switch script display languages in it. In the installed program folder there is a locales directory, and in it there are a bunch of files with the names of languages. Are they for changing the program interface or for something else? If for change, then how to select it in the main window?
