"Quick access" pins

I'd like to have my custom pins (and removals) for Quick access if possible, while also still retaining the privacy benefit from the corresponding script.

I assume it's Privacy cleanup > clear recent activity logs > clear quick access (jump) lists > clear pinned items for the user.

Would this be possible?
