SilverStripe\ORM\Versioning\Versioned has moved to SilverStripe\Versioned\Versioned. DataModel has been removed from SS4.

Looking for solution myself that fixes this long-term. However, I just found the lines that reference DataModel and changed out DataModel::inst() for DataObject::class and appears to run fine.

Will need to test this further for anything that would make this fail.
