Link to script to download updated data

In attempting to run a new instance of Torflow I found that you likely used an old commit of https://github.com/dgoulet/tor-parser to get the CSV files. The bundled data is very old and I don't see anywhere where you explain how to obtain up to date relay lists, so I've forked the tor-parser repo and reverted back to compatible commit. https://github.com/aphick/tor-parser It would be good to either bundle this script in bin, or link to it somewhere in the documentation.
