"streching" is not a word. I'm not sure what "stretching capabilities" means in this sentence. Acquiring more skills? Learning? Convey ideas with a simple and direct vocabulary.

"a priority on" is not good grammar. Use: "a focus on" or a similar existing expression (you can use linguee.com to search for alternatives)

"is an inspiration from" is not a phrasal verb.

In this context, "influence on" is better than "influence in"
