[Request] Apply Ears Effects to Offline/Fallback Skins

When I play offline, I use a resource pack to change the fallback skins to my skin, but Ears doesn't apply its affects there! Would you be able to add this functionality? If so, could we also apply it to Zombies, since they use basically the same format as player skins? I'd love to make a "Zombie Furries" resource pack haha!
