Text based modules: Rebuild/reorganize 'All Actions' menus.

• [ ] 1. All Actions menu should be divided on Actions, Reactions and Counters menus.
• [ ] 2. Actions menu contains Edit, Delete, etc actions which update the content itself.
• [ ] 3. Reactions menu contains: Like, Reaction, Score.
• [ ] 4. Counters menu consists of all available conters: Views, Likes, Reactions, Scores, Reposts, Reports, etc.
• [ ] 5. Repost and Share should be combined.
• New Share should use submenu which looks the same as Timeline -> Share.
• Add 'Share via ...' link which will open our current universal Share popup. Do the same in Timeline Share menu.
• Move Favorite and Featured items in this menu.
• [ ] 6. Reactions and Counters menus should be shown in Content block just after text and divided with horizontal line. Should be something like in Timeline card.
• [ ] 7. Object based menu items (for example, Favorite and Featured) which are used in regular menu (for example, Share submenu) should be simplified. For example, use just a JS onclick and update title after clicking.
