Idea: Row-like page layouts

At the moment you can select out of given page layouts or add your own via a longer way. An easier way would be, if you add a rows, where you select the number of columns.

Example: I add a row with one column. So I have a full-width column to place blocks in. Next, I would like to have three columns. So I add a new row and select three columns. Next, I want again a full-width column - I add a row with one column. Next, I want to have two columns like 1:2 (33%, 66%). So I just add that row and can place some blocks there.

And a checkbox to select whether the row is full-width (full window width) or in block-style (padding left and right). One-page layouts with big covers incoming :)

So it's possible to have more variety in the page design.
