Update jQuery to the latest version

It looks like it will require some major work, since even with migrate plugin some code isn't working (when popup with pointer mis called): Screen Shot 2020-11-03 at 20 39 55 So, it maybe that even our version of jQuery UI is incompatible with current version of jQuery.
