SMTP Mailer Tester: Force sending via SMTP

The SMTP Mailer Tester only sends eMails via SMTP, if you enabled SMTP. I actually thought I could test my SMTP-settings with it BEFORE I enable SMTP for the whole site. And since it's called "SMTP Mailer Tester" it would even make sense to force sending via SMTP ;-)
