🧐 Polls module remake

We need to remake it to collect user feedback regarding particular features, similar to this website - https://dogfooding.featureupvote.com

Make it similar to posts where polls are just attachments, then we can transfer polls from old version to new version.

Also we'll need to add "anonymous voting" option in attachments to be able to transfer old polls to the new format.

@antaratma please provide design @AntonLV please add "anonymous voting" option in attachments polls and describe how to use polls to Roman @romanlesnikov please do the main work for module remake
